Front Desk


The front line of our hotel, Front Desk staff must be able to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Tasks include check-in, check-out, recommendations for activities, restaurants, and ski lessons. Successful candidates will display the following: excellent communication skills, a friendly and helpful disposition, patience in the face of challenges and the capacity to exercise good judgement where necessary. Neat, presentable appearance a must.

• Guest service experience
• Ability to work in Japan; if not a resident of Japan
• Capacity to communicate in English (native, fluent or advanced)

• Additional spoken languages (Japanese and Mandarin are highly regarded)
• Guest service related training or experience
• Knowledge of Hotel Operating Systems
• Previous work in winter resort environment
